Products must be new or slightly used, and returned in their original condition and packaging unless they are faulty or incorrect.

4. Exchanges
We also accept exchanges for eligible items. Please contact us to arrange this.
5. Returns Label & Fees
· A free return label is included in every package.
· There are no restocking fees. Free return cost.
· Return shipping is free if the product is faulty or incorrect.
· For non-defective returns, you may need to cover the return postage if the label is not used.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive your returned goods or proof of return.
All refunds are issued to your original payment method.
7. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns for:
· Perishable goods
· Personalized or custom-made products (unless faulty)
· Sealed hygiene items once opened
· Digital goods once download or streaming has started (unless faulty)
8. Faulty or Damaged Goods
· If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
· We may provide a replacement or a prepaid return label for inspection.
